This limitless system offers you the freedom to create your own custom analysis recipes. It ensures complete traceability, essential to meet the requirements of medical and food applications. It is also designed to interface and connect directly to your existing installation.

Custom Recipes & Control

Total Customization: Analysis recipe management allows full customization of your process.
Recipe Creation: Create fully customized recipes with up to 200 steps per recipe.
Fluid & Sensor Management: You have total control over valve piloting as well as the management and acquisition of sensor values.
Analysis Cycle: The system handles analyzer calibration phases as well as the complete and automated execution of analyses.

Infrastructure Capacities

Analyzers: Up to 20 analyzers managed simultaneously.
Containers: Up to 20 storage tanks and up to 20 cylinders simultaneously.
Valves: Up to 160 valves as standard (with possibility of extension upon request).

Instrumentation & Units

Pressure: Main pressure line acquisition and vacuum pressure acquisition via 4/20 mA sensors. Display configurable in PSI or Bar.
Temperature: Ambient temperature measurement via a PT100 probe (provided). Display configurable in °F or °C.
Analysis Units: Results displayed in % or ppm.
Volume: Display configurable in Liters or Gallons.

Software, Traceability & Logistics Features

Traceability & Export: Traceability data transfer via SQL database, FTP or USB extraction.

Network Connectivity: Ethernet connection to interface with PLCs of the central e-Connect system.

Remote assistance: Secure access for maintenance (if 4G VPN modem option is present on site).

Logistics Functions: Validation module for Truck Unloading validation.

Hardware & Electrical Setup

Operator Interface: 32-inch screen (larger upon request), keyboard, and mouse.

Power Supply: 230 Vac.

Valve Piloting: Dedicated outputs in 24Vdc 0.5A.

Existing Project Integration: I/O boards are enclosed in a Stainless Steel cabinet (600 x 600 x 250 mm) or integrated directly into your existing analysis rack.

Turnkey Project: We can provide full analysis racks with 19" slots for analyzers, panels with all valves and piping, and the integrated system.

Operating temperature: Standard 0°C to +50°C (other upon request).

PPB Measurement: Analysis measurement down to parts per billion.

Zebra Label Printer: For accurate and compliant cylinder tagging.
