The E-Connect system is the SCADA solution developed by PLC & Process to centralize supervision, coordinate field equipment, and ensure the overall data management of your industrial site.

Functions & Flow

  • Centralization & Priorities: Collects all operational data and manages priority assignment between systems.
  • Synchronization: Coordinates processes and pumps. Prevents cross-contamination on common vacuum/purge lines without modifying existing pipework.
  • Unified Alarms: Consolidates and logs alarms from all connected equipment.

Supervision & Traceability

  • Real-time: Graphical synoptics, active cycles, filling values, and pump statuses.
  • Traceability: Complete history archiving by system, including all filling data.
  • Easy Export: Transfer data via SQL database, USB drive, or directly to a local PC.

Connectivity & Security

  • Interoperability: Communicates natively in Ethernet/IP with other PLCs.
  • Isolated Networks: 2 separate Ethernet ports (one for the machine network, one for the client network).
  • Remote Maintenance: Built-in secure VPN modem for remote technical assistance.
